Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in design exercises in Master Planning, Site Planning and Building Design utilizing, 3D Modeling, and Digital Presentation Packaging.
Ability to perform design computations as necessary that evolve our design capabilities.
Assist in the preparation of physical models and graphic presentations for client approval.
Assists the design team on projects from the Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents.
Assist with preparation of renderings or coordinate with out-of-house renderers, create data tables, develop project layouts and progress designs in 3D using Revit, or other 3D modeling software for client review/approval, package up design data into a formal package or working set under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
Assist with client presentations of design concepts and development of the drawings.
Assist with preparations of construction drawing and construction detailing.

Required Qualifications:

Has a Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture from an Accredited School
Minimum of 0-5 years of relevant architecture experience
Is able to develop, communicate and present design concepts to their team
Has strong (written and verbal) communication skills and excellent graphic presentation skills
Has experience with site planning and zoning analysis
Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop their design skills
Can demonstrate proficiency with Revit, and other related design software: Affinity Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, Rhino, and Grasshopper and other related design and presentation software.
