Visualization Designer

Summary:
The Visualization Specialist position is responsible for managing visualization requests/projects that are outsourced to third party vendors, as well as providing technical support and guidance to these counterparties. This role will maintain operational health of global visual services, adherence to budgets, policies, procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with key company and client goals. This role utilizes a specialized skillset and advanced knowledge of visualization services to perform quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, identifying issues and using independent judgment to provide input when changes are needed. This role will also update documentation and track projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements. This role will work with the PM on analyzing and negotiating pricing to meet the budget (any budget recommendations from the Specialist will be approved by management). They will also evaluate vendor performance, execute training, and work with Project Managers on high-profile and special request projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the production of the Marketing Visualization Services (3D exterior renderings, special requests, etc.) including but not limited to reviewing and proofing artwork while managing the workflow to meet production deadlines: 50%
• Technical support and guidance to internal and external teams (experience with coding and scripting): 30%
• Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflow and spending on vendor services, approve vendor invoices: 20%

Essential:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Number of years of experience: 5 years
• Additional skills: Highly organized, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge of the following applications: Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, 3DS Max or equivalent 3D software, Microsoft Office

Preferred:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design
• Number of years of experience: 5-7 years
