If you do not want your personal information and/or other Content posted across the Vertex platform, you should not upload it. By registering on the Recruiter platform, creating, or uploading a resume, descriptive information, job positing, multimedia file, or other identifying information, you specifically consent to Vertex using any Content for whatever purpose it deems fit, including but not limited to matching entities with individuals. When you register across the Recruiter platform, we collect information about you. As you will have submitted information to Vertex, you will know what data has been shared with us, which shall include, among other things, your name, username, address, email address, gender occupation, experience, interests, and messages sent across the Recruiter platform.
In furtherance of the best possible user experience, Vertex may also collect, information from your computer or mobile device, including, but not limited to, the operating system that you have accessed our services form, your browser type, your IP address, device geo-location and identification information, including identifying information assigned to your device, and the type of device from which you have accessed the Recruiter platform. Vertex reserves all rights to collect additional actions taken by you, such as your actions on the Recruiter platform including usage information such as date, time, and duration of use and page views, clicks, and search queries. Vertex reserves the right to use this information in any way permitted by applicable law.
In order for Vertex to provide you with the best user experience possible, you specifically agree that the Content provided by you to Vertex, including your name, address, email address, and demographic information, may be used by Vertex as Vertex determines, in its sole discretion. You consent to communications from Vertex or its partners through any means of contact that you have provided Vertex (i.e. phone, email, U.S. Mail, text social media, etc.) Vertex will endeavor to provide you with a user experience tailored to you based upon the information (multimedia or otherwise) that Vertex has collected from you, that you provided Vertex.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company profiles and Content shall remain public at all times. Vertex takes no responsibility for the actions of third parties that may view your public information. If you set such Content as viewable by “no companies,” only you, Vertex, and the entities that you allow or invite to view your Content will be able to access same. The above notwithstanding, Vertex may use various algorithms to match entities with individuals that appear to have items in common and to contact such entities and individuals to alert them of such shared interest.
